Allison Herbert was born in 1988 in New Jersey. She moved to New York City for college where she received an associate’s degree in commercial photography from the Fashion Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree in international studies from Marymount Manhattan College.
Her work has been published with the International Rescue Committee and the Havana Times. She is currently living in New York City.
